Shipping Options
We ship every order with tracking. Choose the speed that fits you at checkout:
- Free Shipping — 8–14 business days — $0.00
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days — $8.00
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days — $15.00
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email right after purchase and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates above count from the ship date, not the order date.
Order Tracking
Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us at support.woopix@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. International shipping to selected countries is calculated at checkout.
Wrong Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible — we can update it before the order ships. Once shipped, we're unable to redirect packages.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We'll either locate the package, resend your order, or issue a full refund — you won't be left without an answer.
