If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care
To initiate a return, please contact us at woopix.support@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. [Adjust if you cover return shipping.]
